In most polls, a majority of Americans say they oppose “Obamacare.” But a number of recent polls suggest that many of those same people are more supportive of the Affordable Care Act. There’s just one problem: They’re the same thing.

A recent CNBC poll found 46 percent of respondents said they are opposed to Obamacare. But only 37 percent of the same people taking part in the poll say they oppose the Affordable Care Act.

So, late-night host Jimmy Kimmel decided to take the seeming contradiction to the next level by filming a video in which he asked people to share their thoughts on Obamacare vs. Affordable Care. …

All Legislature should only be reffered to by HR ### or SB ###.

This idea of naming bills to manipulate emotions should be all the reason for another “Liberty Amendment”

If “OBAMACARE SUBSIDY HEALTH INSURANCE TAX,” aka OSHIT, is so popular, then why isn’t Mr. Michelle Obama enrolled?

This is enrollment day number TWO, Barry: tick-tock - - -

Sadly, great example of low-information voters.

So are MORONS and IDIOTS and the problem is that we allow them to vote in this Country. Those are the one polled and that's how we got a commie in the white hut.

Generations of leftist labor union-controlled indoctrination by teachers of students has come full circle. The government needs ignorant people in order to successfully control them.

So....people oppose Obama by name even more than the idea of socialized medicine?

THAT has gotta be driving our Narcissist In Chief right over the edge!

"Do you think an informed citizenry is essential for a democracy?"

"Absolutely. Yes."

Good. Go find me one.

These bumbling, blithering idiots show why it is suicidal for a democratic republic to not have each vote of its citizens be associated with a weight factor that matches their contribution in taxes.

Without a means to identify contribution, the lowest common denominator prevails and people start to vote for the one promising the most freebies, and politicians will oblige because the votes of the moochers count as much as those of the contributors, when they ought not to.

The morons who answered differently for the 2 questions are EASILY manipulated by the msm. And the scary thing is that this doesn’t even include the hard leftists who support anything obama.

sk the ones who like the law if they read it. After all, they’ve all read the Driver’s Handbook, so they know traffic laws. Ask them if they know anyone who’s read it. Ask them if they think anyone at all has read it in its entirety.

KLBJ played the clips on the Mark, Ed and SGT Sam show this morning. I could not believe how stupid the low information voters talked about the bill.

But it would also make it harder for us to know what they are about when hearing or reading news. Descriptive words help - even if we don't like them, lol.

Didn’t Obama just recently say that a large number of those against Obama Care is because they say it doesn’t ‘do enough’?

I sometimes think that the low information voter types are more common than not but I have an old high school friend who’s son worked for the Tonight Show. He was a producer and he was one of the people who condusted those ‘man in the street’ interviews where the people didn’t know the Vice President’s name. My friend said that they sometimes had to work all day to find enough stupid answers to fill their slot for that segment. Most people weren’t nearly stupid enough to get a laugh.

I'm not surprised. "Affordable Healthcare Act"?

Who would be opposed to something "Affordable"?

They should really be asked if they think that "affordable" is a $8,000 deductible.
