True.
But the dead also don't get to collect Social Security benefits either...most of the time.
Oh what a tangled web we wieve, when first we practice to deceive.

Ha! While trying to be a smart aleck, I made my own typo. That should be “no” and not “not”.

So, if he is dead, could he rob the judge and get away with it? You cant charge a dead person with a crime. True, but being dead, he can't be killed, so someone could shoot him and it wouldn't be murder.

The IRS gave away my Social Security number to someone else three years ago. Am I dead, too?

Thanks nickcarraway.
...the judge turned down his request, citing a three-year time limit for changing a death ruling.

Oh, he’ll be stone dead any minute now...
To: nickcarraway
For anybody willing to read between the lines, this is a fantastic ruling.
This judge is confirming the difference between your actual existence, and your 14th Amendment incorporated existence.
The former exists as long as you do. The latter exists only as a creation of the government.
The former has rights. The latter has privileges.
According to Chief Justice Roberts, the former is not liable for Obamacare, while the latter is liable for Obamacare.
One would think this incredible, dramatic difference in liability to government laws would be of interest to people.
One would think.

Too bad this dude doesn't have the smarts to found the next GOOG or APPL or MCD.
Think of the jillions in taxes he could save by being dead!
