By the way, Republicans aren't blameless in all of this. They too salivate at the prospect of government control of every aspect of our lives. Control means power, and power is intoxicating. Why do you think Republican opposition to this monstrosity has been so half-assed?
No he's not. He's extremely smart. The most dangerous people in the world are smart people who do not mean well.
He's lazy when it comes to genuine productivity. He has zero motivation to do that which benefits mankind. He has no desire to create anything good that will build up America and honor her foundations and traditions.
Now as far as malevolence is concerned, BO is abundant with initiative. He derives pleasure from destruction. It's his dream job, especially because 1) he can delegate chaos to his willing minions, and 2) doing nothing at all can generate results. For example, ignoring the phone and getting a good night's sleep ahead of a Vegas fundraiser = people die because he did not a thing. Incompetent to create but plenty competent to destroy. Corruption is a necessary strength and skill.
