Good managers and experienced people don't assume. They probe and sense when things are not quite right. I've worked for people who were very weak on technical skills but they knew they what they didn't know and asked lots of questions before making decisions.

You know, if they are really this arrogant about being honest about their lack of leadership, can they just do us all a favor and resign? ALL of them? This entire Administration is a joke with the lack of MANAGEMENT that they actually do. When you are putting in to place a system that would be responsible for managing 1/6 of the US economy, that being healthcare, you do not just ASSUME that the system works!

And someone else made a good point yesterday. For the 2012 election, this Administration had a overwhelming ground game (or maybe this is a lie too) and multiple "grassroots" websites set up and to my knowledge, those website had MANY followers and did not crash!
