Hmmmmm. "Soaring Energy prices". "Cost of electricity will necessarily skyrocket". Geez, that sounds great. I'll vote for that. Let's see, ya gotta sign it to see what's in it. Increase costs for energy if you want to keep the power on. Great! All sounds like winning combinations.

It's just a minor 'glitch'. We'll have it back up and spinning in no time!

Well, okay. As long as you don’t cut my relief. (Or whatever it is they call welfare over there.)

This liberal bleeding-heart bleating just has to go beyond the pale to even get a rise out of the rest of the world.

THOUSANDS WILL DIE! The sky is falling, too.

So what. There’s a cure for that - it is called getting up in the morning before 11AM and walking out the door to a J-O-B.

UN Agenda 21.

Reduce the population of Earth to 500,000,000 by any means required.

Use whatever means required to make energy prices "necessarily skyrocket.

Cheap energy is prosperity for the masses.

Expensive energy is poverty and death for the masses.

27% for housing, utilities and gasoline is really not that bad. Actually if it really is 27%, that’s pretty good IMO

The cause of rising energy prices in the UK is “green” policies that force the use of more expensive and inefficient “renewable” sources for electric power and curtailing the use of cheaper fossil fuels so Prince Charles doesn’t have to worry about climate change giving his polo ponies heat stroke. The cost of gasoline (petrol) has always been sky high in the UK and Europe due to crushing taxes.
