SAN ANTONIO, Dec. 25 (UPI) -- A Texas man has been arrested after installing a hidden bathroom camera at his work that recorded him wearing a name tag setting it up, police said.
Ray De la Cruz, 44, allegedly taped an iPod to a shelf opposite a toilet in the bathroom at his work in San Antonio. A coworker discovered the device after hearing it beep. Once turned over to police, detectives found the beginning portion of the footage allegedly showing De la Cruz setting up the device. It was so close it even caught the text of his name tag, the San Antonio Express-News reported Wednesday.

I just love stupid criminals.
Doesnt he know that only government is allowed to do this?
I don’t get this.... You must be pretty sick to want to watch people pee.
It never said if it was in the men’s room or women’s. I guess now the FPC(Fag Protected Class), will not be mentioned the same as other protected classes in news stories.
Interestingly the article does not appear to mention whether this was a men’s or ladies’ bathroom. Or what the gender of his intended victims were.
The thought of Gay Poop Cam makes me agree with Phil Robertson even MORE if that were possible.
Anymore one has to check public bathrooms for just about anything! Not kidding.
We don’t need no stinking smarts!
Just ca hones.
A candidate for the Darwin award.
Name on his name tag must have been “Dumbass” (pronounced “Du-mahs”).
That’s just unprofessional!
Could be a unisex bathroom which is gaining in popularity
in workplaces like hospitals. Seems like the female gender
may be the driving force. Never enough bathrooms.
“Never enough bathrooms.”
In Florida we have the potty parity law. A public place must have as many complete female stalls as the total of male urinals and stalls. This has resulted in few male stalls. The last place I worked had a half dozen in a 110k sq. ft. building primarily staffed by men. The other problem was the Americans with disabilities legislation that required a huge among of wheelchair maneuvering room which made the male bathrooms very wasteful of space. This company basically employed machinists and a few desk types. The machinist job was so demanding it basically couldn’t have been done by somebody in a wheelchair. Fortunately while I was there they were understaffed. Even so it might take a few visits or a long walk if you needed to sit.
Stupid should hurt.
Electric cattle prod to the nads might help this shmuck.
