Back, now, at 7:41, with jaw-dropping video of criminals stealing out of cars at gas stations, while you're filling up your tank. It's happening more and more often, and you don't even realize. And they're called sliders.
It happens in an instant. Watch as this man snatches a purse in a matter of second. Police call them sliders for the way these gas station thieves slide between the top of your door, lying in wait, for the right moment to pounce and run off with your valuables.
And this morning, police say these types of crimes are on the rise. Watch what happens at this texas gas station. This car pulls up next to a woman, who is pumping gas.
She is oblivious to the man next to her. He slides into her car, grabbing her purse and running off before she can even blink. She fachases [sic] after him, but to no avail.
These slippery sliders are being caught on camera all across the country. Sometimes the perp is caught red-handed. This man gives chase, after witnessing a sliding.
Most of the time, the victim has no idea until it's too late. They're not looking for a confrontation. They just want the property because they know it's being left abandoned and you're not paying enough attention.

Unlike most states, Texas permits lethal force to protect property (I believe). If so, this is one STUPID criminal. But then again, most are. The smart criminals become Democrats and get elected to office...

As used by the FBI, the “white” cohort includes Hispanic (Latino, whatever you want to call it).
Wonder what the breakdown would look like if Hispanic was broken out into a separate category.
Furthermore, the percentage of blacks arrested for larceny is MUCH MORE THAN DOUBLE — ALMOST TRIPLE their percentage of the population as a whole.
Spin it however you like — non-Hispanic whites commit significantly less crime than either blacks or Hispanics.
That’s why our prisons are full of blacks and Hispanics.
Dollar store purse, battery acid, mousetrap. Just sayin’.
I go ONLY to the same gas station that I’ve been going to since I started driving...a L-O-N-G time ago. It’s in an ultra-safe neighborhood where there isn’t a minority in sight...except the Chinese, who run the station.
Does that include Latinos? If so, then over 30% are black, which is more than the 12% of the population.
But what percentage are in for "larceny?"
