LITTLE ROCK, Ark. Authorities say the wife of the chief ranger for the Arkansas Department of Parks and Tourism has been arrested for the ranger's shooting death.
An arrest report from the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office says 55-year-old Pamela Dianne Digman was arrested for first-degree murder in Sunday's shooting death of Jerry Digman at a home on Arkansas 300.
Pamela Digman said she shot her husband during a fight. She is being held without bond.
The arrest report says Jerry Digman was found with multiple gunshot wounds and was dead at the scene.
Authorities say Digman worked in the law enforcement division of the Arkansas Department of Parks and Tourism and was a retired Arkansas state trooper.
“I’ve told you a thousand times to put that toilet seat down when you’re done peeing! I’m not doing it again!”
she shot a cop, I wonder if she’ll get a break.
Yeh, multiple gunshot wounds begs the question what did Jerry do to make her so mad?
Question , is he one Hillery and bills people ?
It certainly looks like she was attacked.
She definitely has the look about her of an abused woman.
I’m amazed that the blame men first mentality seems to be so ingrained.
the marks on her neck and the mark by her eye might be part of it...
Menopause... no more PMS (putting up with men’s sh!t).
Arkansas ... Alcohol Prohibition land ... Screwed up thinking ... He probably deserved it.

Her attorney says she acted in self defense.......
...Today in court, Digman’s defender said investigators originally told
Digman they believed it was self defense, then charged her with first
degree murder.
“Well you know obviously that’s an aspect that our investigators
looked at. And it’s not to say that 100 percent of the story is
actually out there right now. But based on her statements she made
to investigators and the physical evidence at the scene. They felt
there was a determination there to go ahead and make the charge,”
said Lt. Carl Minden of the Pulaski County Sheriff’s office.

That certainly doesn’t look like the ‘look’ of a dispassionate killer. It looks to me like shock.
Son speaks about the event. A Gannett source so only posting the link.
Killing a LEO in Arkansas makes her a prime candidate for an arkancide before any kind of release.
Could be but I don't think this is a loose end being tied off. Those guys died in the 90s.
The son sounds completely taken aback by these events, so that would argue against the wife being abused.
Yes he seemed to believe that all was well between the two. Either they kept a very
discrete life from him or he was not very perceptive as to what was going on.
Perhaps there is/was an affair that the son doesn’t know about yet.
