Alligator is very good. Dense, white meat, Best as sausage, kinda tough otherwise. Canned, I dunno... Rattlesnake-any snake- is just too much trouble. Tastes ok-but bone to meat ratio isn’t worth it. Other stuff sounds repulsive.
Nothing canned is as good as fresh- not even game. Maybe if you’re desperate. Nutria is great, if you can forget how it looks, but I wouldn’t touch it in a can.

Had alligator
It was okay - more like frogs legs than chicken.
Most game meats need a lot of seasoning.

Around 1958 or maybe a year or two later, they had a rattlesnake roundup in Freeport, FL.
Army Rangers from Eglin would kill, clean, batter, and deep fry rattlesnakes. The meat was clean almost white. Most people tried it and said it was good. It was all you could eat for free but I just never could get up the courage to try it.

Rattlesnake is great just cooked over a campfire with some BBQ sauce. It’s texture reminds me a lot of fish. It needs to be cooked well or it is tough.
Any rattlesnake that made itself known on our deer lease was in trouble. (^;

Machine malfunctions, launches live crabs at peopleNow wait a minute..
You don't get crabs from a machine. Everyone knows you get them from toilet seats...
or was that something else? I don't remember for sure.

No, these are food type crabs, the kind you eat.
Not the kind you get from bad one night stands.

I've eaten those Brains many times. It's not that bad and great over hashbrowns. The cholesterol (3500 mg) can be a bit discouraging, accept for the brain.
