Mia Farrow and Ronan Farrow didn't hold back their disdain for Woody Allen on Twitter Sunday evening. The mother and son tweeted out against the tribute to the director at the 2014 Golden Globe Awards. "Time to grab some ice cream & switch over to #GIRLS," Mia tweeted when Allen's tribute began to start. Diane Keaton accepted the Cecil. B. DeMille Award on behalf of the Hollywood heavyweight—extolling the director's work with actresses, dropping a few curse words and even singing during her monologue. But Ronan's tweet made it clear that he wouldn't be offering any tributes at his house. MORE: Get all the Golden Globe winners! The movie the Ten Commandments is hands down one of my favorite movies and as such I've read Cecille B Demille's biography and the DVD extras give a pretty good insight into this man. An extraordinary man with huge achievements and fittingly Hollywood gives out this award with similar lifetime success in the biz.
I'm quite sure Cecille was rolling over in his grave learning of an award given in honor of himself was presented to a pedophile. It seems another prestigious award that once held esteem means nothing just like a Nobel prize has become.

Seriously, all those impacted by Woody Allen’s actions have been hurt deeply. I pray they find all the help they need.

MSNBC is probably already regretting the hire of Ronan Farrow. It is clear to all that Ronan remains tightly bound to Mama Mia’s apron strings, and if you employ the son, you also employ the Mom. He is her mouthpiece that grumbles over ancient rages and vanities between Mia and Woody. All that old, old baggage is coming soon to MSNBC along with Re-Run-Ronan.
Well its pretty obvious Woody ain’t Ronan’s dad. Talk about cloning. Its like looking at Frank Sinatra. :-)

I don’t mind an occasional reminder about the immoral Woody Allen. The public needs to hear it. I wish Michael Jacksons’s ex-wife had been more forthcoming about his sins. There are still too many people who don’t get it about him.

No doubt about it. Ronan is Sinatra’s son. The lips, nose, chin, and eyes are the same. Ronan looks more like Frank Sinatra than Frank Sinatra Junior does.
I understand and agree. There are some dangerous personalities out there behind the cameras. What I’m commenting on is, we could use a new generation of News Talkers and Opinion Setters, even if from the left at times. Ronan has potential to make a name for himself, he’s still largely an unknown quantity in the entertainment world. Most people only know him as either Mia’s Son, or an articulate public speaker about ostensibly charitable causes. Until and unless Ronan is confident enough to be his own man and not the revenge tool of his mom, his image will remain nonserious, non objective and non credible. Of course The two have a ‘bone to pick’ with Woody, and always will. Unless they want to become a reality sideshow like a Hollywood Wives sort of show, that emotional struggle needs to remain private. Some weak in the head fan of Mia or her son may want to ‘take care of’ Woody in order to impress their idols. Didn’t something like that happen involving Jodie Foster and John Hinckley?
I had no idea who they hey Ronan was until last night. BUT...if you are part of a family where the father/father figure molested young children...THAT is not old news. It would/could never be old news. (And I say father figure because there is some speculation that Ronan’s father may have been Frank Sinatra.)
Woody Allen appears to have ‘issues’. The family knows and speaks out about those issues. I can’t say as I blame them.
Amazing isn’t it? Wow Old Blue Eyes is still with us in a way. However, I wonder if Ronan can sing like his old dad. =)
