According to The Independent, an abandoned, cannibalistic rat-infested, 1,565 ton Soviet-era cruise liner could be just another winter storm away from colliding with the coast of the United Kingdom or Ireland, and Canadian authorities may be to blame.

If he were smart, this could be an Obama jobs program. Get a mothballed Naval frigate, man it with unemployed citizens, tow the derelict and sell it for scrap. Proceeds get split among the crew. If I didn’t have a job, I’d try to make money off this!
