Exactly the impression I had when I first saw his pic earlier on FNC. The given name, surname, hair, lips, etc., are pretty much tell-tale clues.

Actually, in a mass shooting, I for some reason assume some deranged white kid on Ritalin or Lithium - especially if the weapon is a rifle.
Someone opening fire with a handgun would not as likely be a deranged white kid on Ritalin or Lithium.

There were reports in other places, unsubstantiated, that the perp was homosexual as well as being black, Hispanic, and vegan.
Given the loosely credible statements by his “mother”, why not throw that card, too?
