Perhaps maybe that explains why Dennis Rodman is going to North Korea..for a lump. Probably that explains his angry rant on some news show too.
Perhaps Rodman brought some with him to NK? Or maybe something else that is harder to come by there?

I'd think heroin would be more conducive to a grey, lifeless, dank rathole such as North Korea. But, what do I know?
