BBC News has marked Chinese New Year by welcoming viewers into the ‘year of the whores’. A subtitling error spotted by many viewers on Friday evening on the hour at around 7pm saw the channel declare: ‘Welcome to the year of the whores. People around the globe celebrate.’ The mistake happened during the bulletin being presented by Rajesh Mirchandani. But the BBC insisted tonight that the error was acknowledged and quickly corrected - to the 'year of the horse’.

That was no mistake. The BBC weirdos would never use the word, whores, for anything else, because they’re politically correct weirdos. U.K. business leaders will never relinquish their desires of “empire” and dominion over China.
Given how much the UK has sold out to Chinese interests, I’m not so sure. See Rover and Huawei for example for private and public sector for such examples.
If anything, the BBC could be announcing that elections will happen earlier than usual.
