Yes I mocked him, I do that because he has done what you describe on purpose and not as offense to anyone who has Parkinsons and who isn't a disingenuous jerk like he is.

not all sitcoms have the laugh track. The Crazy Ones, New Girl and Community do not.
Watched 2 episodes. It was poorly written. The actress who played his wife was terrible. Not a funny show. Expected it to be cancelled sooner actually.
I gotta agree. I’d rather pay one government employee to do nothing than get a dozen government employees for free who want to do something.
The new Fox show was promoted with the undercurrent that there was a moral obligation to watch it because he was sick, but making the best of it.

He laughs at stuff on TV way more often than I do, and even he said it was not funny, except for one laugh at the end. Which I didn't think was funny at all. Very mediocre.
Basing a sitcom on someone's disease, which apparently the pilot demonstrated, has a very, very short "funny" life, in my opinion. That gets old real fast.
And I liked Fox a lot in "Family Ties." He definitely has talent, or did.
