Because the new paradigm is to bring their bedroom into your living room one would think.

I’m sure that in this case there won’t be a problem. He’ll be on his best behavior. Everybody is watching.

Like letting Michael Vick have a dog. That would be the luckiest pooch who ever lived. The dog will be getting manicures and massages and eating filet mignon.

Because everyone is watching.

Did not say anything about someone being raped. I asked what reasoning the NFL would use to justify denying separate facilities for those uncomfortable with showing with a homosexual while at the same time providing separate facilities for female employees.

What is the reason women are provided separate facilities? By your reasoning, is it because they worry the men would rape them? Or, is it because people are not comfortable being naked around those who are sexually attracted to them?

Man I hope you are wrong. I hope the Legion of Boom puts up a hefty protest.

I will switch from Seattle to be a 49ners fan if that happens.

I agree that he will likely end up getting drafted by the Seahawks, probably in the 3rd round.

Like I posted earlier, they may be out two of their top pass rushers from their Super Bowl Title team (Clemons and Bennett) due to salary cap issues (can’t pay them what they want without busting the salary cap), so they will look to replace them in the draft for far less salary. The Seahawks have had some very good success drafting high risk players in the middle rounds the past few years, so in their mindset, taking Sam would be no more a risk than the others they have picked in the middle rounds. I’ve heard that Sam is projected to be a 3rd to 5th round pick in this coming draft.

Add to the mix that both the head coach and owner are moonbat liberals who would love to be the first to draft an openly homo player and also that Seattle has a large population of sodomites. I can see Sam’s Seahawks jersey hang proudly in Seattle’s gay bars and bathhouses.

Maybe Sam’s NFL QB sack celebration will involve him dry humping the QB he just sacked, with Seattle’s 12th Man cheering him on, LOL!!!

Then they would have to change their name to the Chickenhawks.

Then they would have to change their name to the Chickenhawks.

Or they could revert to their nickname from local fans when they were losing - SeaChickens.

If they do take Sam, then they can/should change their name to a pro-homo name of some type and remove Hawk from their name. A Hawk is a brave bird who shouldn't be mixed with fairies or homos. They can wear pink in their uniforms year round instead of the few weeks they have to now

The rape comment was hyperbole on my part. My point was that these players are used to showering in front of people and I don’t believe they any more uncomfortable around a gay guy than anyone else.

I understand you don’t believe it, my point was how would the NFL justify separate facilities for males and females but not separate for males and homosexual males. I’m sure female athletes are used to showing in front of people as well but this does not mean the NFL will be putting men in showers with them. Why not? Why doesn’t the NFL do that?

Women get their own showers...it’s just how things are.

We may disagree, but I don’t see why the NFL would need to separate the gay men from the straight men. Maybe I just knew some shy gay guys but, as I may have said, we knew that a few of the guys in my class were gay on the 1st day of high school in 1976 and no one seemed to have a problem. I don’t think we were any more liberal than anyone else, it just wasn’t that big a deal. We all hated showering in front of each other.

When he gets drafted, his teammates, especially his fellow d-linemen, will rally around him because, whether he’s gay or not, he’s a d-lineman and that’s a unique fraternity. I’m sure his high school teammates did the same thing. If the team were to install a separate shower for him, I’m sure his straight teammates will think it’s a bad idea.

Remember too, the guys at Mizzou knew he was gay before he announced it to the world. Maybe their discomfort was covered up by the media, but they didn’t talk about being uncomfortable. The overwhelming majority of college (especially D-1) and pro athletes aren’t wired like normal people. Their focus is to win and if someone helps them do it, they really don’t care about anything else. They’ve played with guys they hate and watched guys they loved get cut. It’s just about winning.

But maybe I’m wrong and it’ll be a big stinking deal.

So you don’t think that gay guys have a right to earn a living?

He’ll make it or implode on his own. One of the great things about the NFL is that it’s 100% merit based.

They should be allowed to work, but not in jobs where they can corrupt the culture and our youth.

So should this be a federal law? Or are we as NFL fans supposed to boycott and bankrupt the whole league because one guy who will play one position for one team who hasn't even been drafted yet says he's gay?

How will his gayness affect his ability to rush the pass and by extension corrupt children?

I think there will be a massive boycott of the NFL if he is drafted by any team.

If he does actually play, he will have a venue to promote the gay agenda and that will be directed at the kids who watch NFL football avid even buy jerseys with player’s names.

That in it self is corrupting to our children.

Do you think Putin would put up with a Russian pro athlete being openly gay and marketing himself and his league to children?

Well, Putin is an old school Soviet authoritarian who runs a borderline third world country, so I don't care what he does.

I sure hope you haven't watched any Major League Baseball games in the past 40 years. Not only was Glenn Burke a gay player, he invented the high five. Kids do high fives all the time, next thing you know they'll be wearing high heels and listening to Diana Ross.

Putin is making great effort to save his country from the cultural destruction caused by the homosexual movement as opposed to Obama and our courts who impose that agenda on America.

So is Rouhani in Iran.

Wow, there's a first for everything; a Freeper appealing to the Soviet solution to a problem. Maybe Putin should focus on getting working toilets in Russia before he worries about gay athletes.

Putin opposes everything about the Soviet Union and he was there.

He is doing all he can to move his country away from the way of the Soviets while Obama and the Democrats are doing everything they can to move the USA towards the USSR.
