I’ve had the leg cramps from hell, too-usually after along workday on my feet. I found a natural product called cramp911 that works very well-you roll it on the cramping muscle, and it stops it pretty fast, and lasts for a few hours.
I kind of like tonic water myself-and I use a potassium supplement because I don’t like bananas, either-something about the texture. I made sure last year that I buy a calcium supplement with magnesium-vitamin D, too-and along with the potassium, I seldom have the leg cramps any more ...

Yes haven’t heard much other than it went well bc he’s en route to airport and downloaded the airlines app and saw that his flight tonight was canceled so now he’s scrambling to see if he can get to the train station and get the 8 pm train that gets in at 11 pm Same time as the flight was due in. This is a tough intro to business travel first time out if the gate.
In The Restaurant at the End of the Universe, every species in the galaxy has some drink whose name is a variation on Gin and Tonic, which has confused etymologists for centuries. The drinks are all completely different; it’s just the name that is identical. Variations listed include jynnan tonnyx, jinond-o-nicks, chinanto nigs, txjin-anthonty-ks, and of course, the Terran gin and tonic.
It’s the spouse’s favorite drink too.
I don’t remember that, but it’s been a long time since I read those books.
