WASHINGTON (AP) -- Black students are more likely to be suspended from U.S. public schools -- even as tiny preschoolers.
The racial disparities in American education, from access to high-level classes and experienced teachers to discipline, were highlighted in a report released Friday by the Education Department's civil rights arm.
The suspensions -- and disparities -- begin at the earliest grades.
Black children represent about 18 percent of children in preschool programs in schools, but they make up almost half of the preschoolers who are suspended more than once, the report said. Six percent of the nation's districts with preschools reported suspending at least one preschool child.

How many preschoolers even GET suspended?
“Black students are suspended from school at a rate disproportionate to their numbers.” And blacks commit crimes way out of proportion to their numbers. So what’s the point of the article???
Why even do these “reports”? Why waste time researching and pooling?
Why not just write down the results that are most politically correct and that fit your agenda best and be done with it.

I am sure behavior has nothing to do with this...
With children suspended more than once.
Perhaps they need to behave better.
Perhaps the black community needs to parent better.
Perhaps children need fathers.
Or maybe the white mofos are the problem.

Racism is an old subject. Those whining about it are now stuck in the past, and trying to make something where there is no longer something.

No, it’s evil whitey picking on innocent black chilren.
Could the reason be related to welfare, which disproportionately harms black families? Could the reason be related to single parent families, which are a problem nationwide but disproportionately so in black families? Could the problem be related to our fragmented popular culture, in which Black Entertainment Television shows far more thuggish behavior to its black viewers than Univisión and Country Music Television show their Hispanic and white viewers?
The “disproportionate” disciplinary actions may have nothing to do with racism (except the destruction inflicted by racists in the Democrat party) and everything to do with really bad family decisions - and the resulting bad behavior from children in those families. Note: I watched a few minutes each of BET, Univisión, and other targeted networks, and I found BET to be uniformly material I would not want my own children to watch because of the celebration of violence/rudeness/thug culture, and Univisión to be not much different from regular television other than the language and a tendency to soap opera situations.
In other news, more pit bulls than golden retrievers are destroyed for attacking people. But it’s not that we are being unfair to pit bulls.
And more men are in prison than women. Is it because the criminal justice system is sexist?
i.e. each case is unique and we must examine whether the individual kid’s actions deserved it. Race should be irrelevant. If black kids do the activities that deserve the punishment, well, their race may be somehoe involved with why they did what they did, but the higher numbers don’t mean they are being discriminated against because of their race any more than the higher number of men in prison means they are being discriminated against because of their sex.
It’s like when Richard Pryor visited a prison to prepare for “Stir Crazy”, he really thought that black men were being picked on, but when he left he thought, “Thank God We Got Penitentiaries.”
It’s not the children, it is the adults who raise them.
The welfare system in this country pays the least employable women to have children by the most exciting, i.e., dangerous men they can find. Then we try to rescue those children by putting them in preschools with better role models than their parents. Then the women have more children.
We don’t even have to address innate differences, racial or individual. The welfare system has a dysgenic effect on populations and a socially destructive effect on the family. Better to pay welfare candidates NOT to have children than to have children.
Whites lag blacks. Where will the descendants of “white trash” as opposed to “poor whites” be in two generations? Then see what happens to low income white families as jobs disappear and welfare incentives become more acceptable and more attractive.
I’m sure parenting has everything to do with this.
