The coyote expressed its gratitude by eating the man’s pet Chihuahua.

I once saw a shaggy dog with a mayo jar on his head. When I realized it was a coyote, I walked away

I thought this was about a border guard pulling a Mexican trafficker out of the Rio Grande.

Beat me to it.

In other news, marine biologists in Florida returned a nine foot great white shark to its natural habitat (true fact).

And the chief biologist, who was physically involved in the release of the shark, is now known as “Lefty”.

Meanwhile, on my road, like every day, at least 2 coyotes were shot.

There are predators and pests. If he wanted to help it the humane thing to do would be shoot it and put it out of our misery.

According to Florida Nuisance Wildlife Regulations, the coyote may not be relocated and released as described in the feel-good news story.

Only native species of wildlife may be released. Armadillos, coyotes
and muscovy ducks are not native wildlife.

Armadillos, coyotes
and muscovy ducks are not native wildlife....nor iguanas, boas, pythons and anacondas; all of which hang out in FL.

I once saw a skunk with a Yoplait Yogurt cup over its head, This was before the carton had rims that allowed an animal to pull it off its head. I carefully approached the skunk (which couldn’t see me because of the carton on its head), quicky reached down, and pulled the carton off its head. It quickly scurried off.

Rescued a coyote? huh?

I shoot every coyote I see. My horses have stomped several into grease spots. I regularly lure them into range. I took out a pack of 7 with a bud and hellfire triggers on SKS's.

Rescue vermin? What's up with that? No kitty kats and small dogs missing in your hood?

The little trickster is well adapted to every envirorment we present to them.
