Liked The Lost Room a lot. It was original and interesting. Should have lasted longer; I think there were only, what? 8 or 12 episodes...

They could have brought it around to a nice conclusion - the main character finds his boy, the room is restored, the objects become inert...

I liked both shows even if the plots were thin. Bruce Campbell is a big-time conservative. It wouldn’t surprise me if he’s a FReeper.

I've always liked Bruce in pretty much everything he's done, but never looked into his politics. With a lot of the Hollywood idiots it's just a herd mentality and they aren't really all the ideological. [Of course many of them are.] It's a nice bonus to hear that he's on the right side of history.

See, I felt Space:AAB started to get it right towards the end of the first season. It definitely didn’t grab my interest early on - the pilot was horrible and the R. Lee Ermey cameo in it was just painful. But, by mid-season, I thought the show was hitting its stride. I especially enjoyed the episode with the prototype enemy fighter - the plot which would later be recycled for the BSG ep “Scar”.

Each to their own, of course. I liked SPACE: 1999 a whole lot, too. :-)

Really?
I must have missed it in the rush of life.

Two disk set is at Netflix, which is where I saw it -- I did not watch it when it originally aired. My recollection is that they somewhat hurriedly but pretty completely did end the whole thing. As sometimes happens, they may have episodes on DVD that weren't shown...
