Nearly 20% of Germany’s population are foreign born or descendants of immigrants. That could put a big dent in their testing numbers.
Highest estimate is about 5 percent of total population.

There are probably a lot of issues behind this problem, but I’d say modern education is mostly about liberal agendas. I’ve talked to kids who know everything about our slaving past, gender identity issues, global warming, building a sustainable energy policy, the importance of abortion, how evil America has been, but nothing about problem solving or math, or history. I spoke to a young man who had graduated in the top 5% of his high school and had never heard of JFK. He could name the presidents from Carter forward. He couldn’t name a world war 2 general or any major battles. It was really disturbing.
Perhaps they need a strong leader to tell them what to do, how to dress, and whom to kill.

I will guess that 20% of Germany’s population are:
(1) Low skill legal immigrants from former Communist nations in eastern Europe.
(2) Low skill legal immigrants from Islamic Turkey.
(3) Low skill legal immigrants from low wage western European neighbors.

In America I think that Caucasians still outnumber everyone else as a part of the entire population, but not as part of the school aged cohort.
Are low-IQ Middle Eastern immigrants. The evidence that Western European-European American education can improve the circumstances of sub-85 IQ populations is nonexistent. They cannot reason abstractly, which makes high school for them just a giant, meaningless clusterf***. The boys get violent, the girls get pregnant.
The German data is just more evidence for what everyone should know.
That sounds more like a math problem to me.
It doesn't matter if they find the right page or not, as long as they explain what a page is and why they might need a catelog. (Common core, after all)
