I’ve probably seen all of these (I say probably because a couple seem very familiar, but I couldn’t guarantee anything).

That being said, there are a few of these actresses that I think were better in other roles than those listed here.

For instance, Cate Blanchett — an incredibly talented performer — was (in my opinion) better in “Veronica Guerin” than as Elizabeth I (and she was GREAT in that!). Also, I thought Joan Fontaine was better in “Rebecca” than she was in “Suspicion,” though really it could be a toss-up.

I thought the best thing Katherine Hepburn did was “Lion in Winter,” though a close runner-up would be in “The Rainmaker.”

But I do agree that Shirley Booth’s best performance was in “Come Back, Little Sheba.” In my opinion, that was the best performance by any actress in any movie. That was just an incomparable performance.

That’s true; by the end of the movie, you knew the secret already.

“The Lion in Winter”.....another great. Anthony Hopkins made his film debut in that one.

“They picked Daryl Hannah and Drew Barrymore, over Helen Hayes and Judi Dench. Give me a break.”

Yeah, no kidding.

Charlie’s Angels? They could not find a better movie for Drew Barrymore?

#2 Meryl Streep.

Most overrated actress of all time. Always looks like she is acting. Every character she plays is Meryl Streep, doing the same poses, over and over.

#94 if you like a tall, leggy hot babe dressed like Daisy Duke. Mira Sorvino is smoking hot in Almighty Aphrodite. It’s a weird woody allen film, but she’s hot. And she talks about sex, she’s a porn star in the film. She is delicious.

Is there a prize for having seen the fewest?

I think I've seen 9 of the 100 movies. In some cases I have seen the actress in a different film than the one they list.

Yeah, I would probably allow here to eat crackers in bed.

Do ya think there might have been an agenda with this list?

Did ya notice that Julia Roberts was listed for Erin Brockovich and not Pretty Woman?

In EB, all she is, is bossy.

So many of these movies I have not seen because I did not want to see them. My count was 35. Commie propaganda, boring chick flick, sick horror or just inane, I run from like the plague.

100% agree..she was awesome...and of course..her Oscar winning portrayal of Katherine Hepburn in "The Aviator" was epic.

Deborah Kerr is another of my faves.. ever see "Night of the Iguana?"

I got 88, but I do like old movies and anytime I see one on that I haven’t seen, I watch it.

I got 88 also ETM... there were several stars and their movies I would have added. Newcomer but amazing Jennifer Lawrence was wonderful in Winter's Bone, the first flick I saw her in.. A lot of other stars I liked, but I can't dispute the list.

Re Meryl Streep...totally agree. She’s the same in every role she’s cast in — maudlin, unloving, whiny. And that’s the most annoying voice ever. Never any chemistry between her and the leading man and it’s easy to see why.
