New revelations about mom killed by Capitol cops
WASHINGTON — First they called her a terrorist threat.
When she turned out to be an unarmed suburban mother, they said she was on drugs.
Now, WND has exclusively learned, without a trace of doubt, that was wrong, too.
WND can also now report Miriam Carey was shot in the back of the head by U.S. Capitol Police officers and uniformed Secret Service agents six months ago, on Oct. 3, 2013.
The official police investigation still has not been released. But Carey family attorney Eric Sanders obtained the toxicology and autopsy report on this macabre anniversary.

Was she shot in back of the head before or after they took her kid out of the back window?
Non terminal women being starved to death for 13 days; Guns taken away from citizens so only criminals have them; Being told what to eat; Custody of children and loved ones in hospitals being taken without regard for families; The culling through rationed healthcare, though those who broke, and brake the law have more rights than citizens; The millions of children aborted that would have paid into social security; The targeting of speech and 401Ks; Millions on welfare, whether farmers (who are being persecuted and told what to grow and do with their land), military spouses or hard-working individuals cut to part-time due to govt. healthcare rules and can’t find a second and third ‘shovel-ready’ job.

She was obviously driving directly at the officers with the intent to kill them all with her front bumper, then spun herself around in the seat at the last moment so the back of her head would be pointing toward the cops’ guns. </sarc>
It's not against the law to be nuts, and being crazy isn't a death sentence. Had she been wielding a weapon and firing all over the place, I'd be the first one to take her out, but she was driving away from them, and they shot her multiple times from behind...one in the back of the head. Her child was in the back seat of the car at the time.

none of these, AFAIK, were “angry white males” of the “Tea Party”, so they get real, real, short storylines in the mainstream media....sure, they HAVE to report them...but then QUICKLY go on to something else....like Obama’s selfies.
I don't know the exact answer to that, but I doubt they'd be taking the kid out of the back window while the vehicle was going. I'll bet they didn't even know there was a kid in the car until she hit the barrier. I believe the child was in a car seat, which means he/she was buckled in. I don't think anyone could climb up on the back of the vehicle, unhitch the belt, then lift the kid out, all while the vehicle was moving. Well, maybe a stuntman could do it :-) Bottom line, this was a shoot-first, ask-questions-later deal.

Ain’t that the truth.
Several reasons: First, tires weren't the threat, the driver was. Shooting at a moving car with a park full of people not a good idea either. DC protocol maybe? Our department has ROE where they can't fire warning or disabling shots unless absolutely necessary. Cops can't place themselves in front of a vehicle. They MUST make all attempts to get out of the way. DC is probably even more strict than our department due to the multiple agencies and the sheer number of people in close proximity.

About 30 years ago I was perusing the mags at a 7-11 in CO. Unbeknownst to me I perfectly matched the description of a guy who had escaped the NM pen a couple days earlier, and had since murdered two convenience store clerks and a cop.
Clerk called it in, again quite without my awareness.
Somebody came through the door behind me. Next thing I knew I had a shotgun in my neck, and half a second later I was on the ground with my hands cuffed behind me.
Had I made a wrong move when they came in, they almost certainly would have blown my head off and then apologized to my wife and daughter. And by any logical standard they would have been entirely justified to do so.
It’s like these stories about the cops killing someone acting aggressively crazy because he’s off his meds. How are the cops supposed to know he’s quite and gentle when he’s had them? Why should it make any difference?
However, I don’t know enough about this particular case to comment on whether the cops were in the right.
