It appears from the article this was a case of prescription medicine overuse or abuse, not street acquired drugs.
Would it were there were a tenth of as much concern for children murdered in the womb as for a negligent poisoning.

The infant was only 46 days old. This woman was taking drugs for the entire 9 months of her pregnancy. Just think what that had already done to the innocent child. RIP sweet baby.
