London is the most important city in the world for the rich, according to the latest Wealth Report from real estate consulting firm Knight Frank. But it won't hold onto its title for long.
According to the report, New York is set to overtake London as the top city for the wealthy in the next decade. And Asian cities like Singapore, Hong Kong, and Shanghai will also become more important over the next 10 years.
Knight Frank determined its eighth-annual "global cities" ranking based on four factors: economic activity, political power, quality of life, and influence and power

Not a single city in Idaho? Not even Hammett or Glens Ferry?!? Heck, we’re cosmopolitan - we got immigrants from as far away as Spokane. Even had a tour bus from Vancouver Canadia one time but they wuz lost.
I heard it was Minot, North Dakota. It’s not the end of the world but you can see it from there.
I don’t know how Melbourne wins the quality of life category. I suppose if you are cafe sitting, beer drinking, party going, AFL football loving, wearing metrosexual clothing and being gay then Melbourne might be just up your alley. People seem to be on an existentialist, hedonistic roundabout spinning aimlessly from day to day always looking for something new to excite them - in Melbourne it’s what you do that counts not who you are or what you believe! If that’s quality of life then it can kiss my butt!
Yes...it still is the world’s largest ‘industrial’ building at 4.3 million sq. ft.
However...the largest building in all categories is the Shinsegae Centum City in Busan, S. Korea, measuring in at 5,487,500 sq. ft.

Can anyone explain why we say “Mumbai” instead of “Bombay”, and “Yangon” instead of “Rangoon”, but not “Singapura” for “Singapore” or “Roma” for “Rome”?

Mumbai and Yangon were official name changes —those are the new names.
In the other instances we use Anglicized versions of the names,like Sweden instead of Sverige or Spain for Espana.

Considering we’re the energy capital of Texas and thus the US, id say so too.
