Is it possible folks don’t live long enough to exhibit Alzheimer’s ergo the low incidence? Or is it just not diagnosed as such? Many western nations show higher incidences with longer lifespans. Would attention deficit disorder be prevalent in, Nepal for example?

Some very interesting breakdowns of incidence of diseases by regions here. http://www.worldlifeexpectancy.com/world-health-rankings

Beetroot works wonders on high blood pressure due to the high concentration of nitrates converting to nitric oxide which relaxes and dilates blood veins.

I got a million of ‘em.

It’s so effective that I dare not take it because I have low blood pressure.

:)

It’s so effective that I dare not take it because I have low blood pressure.

My issue as well, three stents in ‘04 with none of the usual, overweight, smoker, drinker, high colesterol, high BP.

I guess I better try lecithin because the bad colesterol is rising as well as the total.

Had a similar experience with my Dr. My cholesterol count was around 300 and the Dr. gave me a stack of Lipitor and sent me home. About 2 months later I had it checked and it was down 102 points, doc was excited about the drop until I told him I was exercising 5 times a week and taking niacin and lecithin and I handed him his stack of Lipitor back. He became a little excited and ask me “who was the doctor here”

Go easy at first.

It can ‘work too well’ and potentially dislodge chunks into your veins.

Take a look at the last nation on the list for Alzheimer’s. It is Monaco. They are a first world country and good life expectancy, but yet last on the list. Why?

What kind of trouble sleeping? I haven’t slept well in around 13 years.

Me too. Wake up for no reason at 1 or 2 am. Every night.

Thanks, so I’ve heard, my friend takes pretty big doses. Even started out that way.

Ditto on Swanson’s.

I have a jar of the same oil. It gets hard in the fridge and I forget to take it out to soften. Do you leave it out. If it was softer, I would use it more often.

So why was coconut oil banned from movie theater popcorn? Things that make you go “HMMMM?”
