The tendencies for government officials, who prefer the designation authorities, project their dictatorial attitude upon a compliant public. “Most disturbing of all, Stout says at least six out of 10 people “will blindly obey an official-looking authority to the bitter end.”

Corporations are organized to promote psychopaths.

The smoothest of them always make it to the top.

A bad score on the PCL-R test should be legal grounds for removing someone in the management chain with authority over people.

They can be process managers, but not people managers. Most end up damaging companies badly anyway.

Psych/Sociopaths need to be zapped in the temporal lobes while in the office supply room or meat locker or men’s bathroom. Everybody knows who they are. You can’t fire them. HR won’t touch them. So their brains need to be scrambled.

Whoa, read the plot. That sounds like some movie. I mean I love weirdo movies so I can hate them. Will try and see it when I can find it. Thanks

Tx you sound alright. A favorite movie of mine is Horrible Bosses. I have no words for how good that movie was. By the way what would be your recommended weapon of choice for zapping lobes? I watched “Frances” with Jessica Lange recently and that long pin through the eye to scramble her brain would take too long in a setting you describe I think. LOL

COnjure up the ghost of King George and ask if anywhere near 40% caused England to lose the Colonies.

Fact is, it was nearer to 3% or 4%.

Worked for a number of manipulative sociopaths over the years under the corporate umbrella. I am still fighting the urge to get even with a couple of then; by legal means, of course. Would like to shed light on their malfeasance. To do so, however, would hurt the innocent.

A legal means would be to sue for mental duress, harassment or whatever works.

It doesn’t need to be all that well justified.

But the suit should demand that they take the PCL-R test and the results be used as evidence of aberrant behavior.

Once the precedent is set, it will gain momentum. HR. departments will be forced to pay attention to it, because they know the liability will follow.

It’s going to happen. Most perceptive people understand what has happened as corporations became the primary means of employment over self supporting farms or other sole proprietorships.

It’s based on real events, repeated about 70 times.
