Matt is probably sitting there in a daze....unbelieving that they’d bring her back. It’s kinda like a wrestling script....bring back a old bad guy, and suggest conflict. Folks would watch the Today Show....just to see Matt get frustrated. Katie would probably hug Matt constantly. And as for her marginal interview skills and journalism talents? Well...Matt would have a chance to knock them every single day.
I don’t know why the suits at NBC would even consider this - she screwed the pooch, not once, but twice at CBS News and her talk show ...

That reminds me anyone know what Monica Lewinsky is doing these days, she seems to be the only one to break the mold of 'it's not who you know, it's who you *low'.

Diane Sawyer keeps her camera close ups on soft fuzzy focus. It reminds me of when Mae West got old and admitted to having her cameramen smear vaseline on the lense to soften her aura.
Monica should’ve changed her name and got a job at Starbucks, but its too late for that tactic. Besides, I doubt if she wants a regular boring type of job. She continue to wait for the perfect job and the perfect man.

She got her breaks at CNN the old fashion way by sleeping with the Married Executives in Atlanta.
Katie Couric is the personification of “being in the right place at the right time”. When the Gulf War combined with the maternity leave of Deborah Norville, perky Katie landed the co-host job and for some reason has been blessed with a rain of money since. I don’t understand it, but the gods still seem to smile upon her now 23 years later.

Walters too.......I saw her in a brief live interview and she definitely looked her age with puffy cheeks and sagging eyes.......
Makeup and camera work can take three decades off their faces.......
About 10 years ago I saw a local news reporter on the same plane as me when I was flying into Colorado.....she looked absolutely hideous without her makeup.......
