I felt sick to my stomach watching that video and even more so after reading that the bastard walked. The kitty was lucky this time. Next time, maybe not. Will it take this bastard striking again and killing him - or another animal or human - to make him face any serious consequences? What message will this give to others who entertain the idea of torturing animals for fun? It is time we stop treating such horrific cruelty as a joke.
I agree 100%...harsher and stricter penalties and punishment are needed. Animal cruelty makes me sick. I still haven’t been able to look at the video.

While that makes me sad to read of your wonderful pet, it also enrages me that someone would treat a harmless animal like that...........
