One of the recipients of the “gifts” installed a camera and the video was on the local news last night. The guy was actually “stooping to poop”. It appeared that he was naked or at least partially naked. This has been happening over a period of time,not all in one night.

Consider the motive in these attacks, possibly a neighbor feud.
Perhaps the homeowner(s) who have been targeted have let their dogs crap in his lawn (or done something else to cheese him).
One person interviewed on radio suggested that it could be someone angry at the regentrification of the neighborhood (would that make it a hate crime against the white people moving into the formerly hispanic neighborhood?).
