ELYRIA, Ohio – An Ohio appeals court has upheld a judge's order that a deadbeat father can't have more kids until he pays his back child support.
In January 2013, Lorain County Probate Judge James Walther said Taylor couldn't have more children while he is on probation for five years.

That is so wrong and shows the caliber of homo saps we are dealing with. I suspect God is truly disappointed in some although his love is eternal. For those who are the big disappointments we, for now, have the RKBA and we best have lots of bullets and practice.
Maybe surrender his paternal rights?
