Manhattan Man Files Lawsuit Against City, Others For $2 Undecillion
CBS New York ^ | May 20, 2014

Posted on 05/20/2014 12:15:48 PM PDT by nickcarraway

This may just be the biggest lawsuit of all time.

Anton Purisima, 62, filed a lawsuit last month in Manhattan for $2 undecillion. That’s the number 2 followed by 36 zeros — otherwise known as more money than there is on Earth.

The suit involves a series of events, including allegedly being bitten by a rabid dog on a city bus and a couple taking unauthorized photos of him while being treated at a local hospital.

In addition to suing the city and the MTA, Purisima is also suing two New York hospitals, Kmart, LaGuardia Airport, a bakery and even the dog’s owner, according to published reports.

The federal lawsuit claims the pain and damages he suffered can’t be measured in money and are therefore “priceless.”

According to published reports, Purisima has filed other lawsuits in the past against several major banks, including Wells Fargo, JP Morgan and Wachovia, as well as the People’s Republic of China.

That’s a smart strategy - he knows NY City and the Courts won’t pay $2 undecillion, so they’ll probably negotiate a settlement for a few gazillion instead.

Yes, but his attorneys are requiring a 1% retainer. Still 34 zeros.

Next time you hear from him, it’ll probably be from his new residence at the Happy Dell Home for the Crazed.

I’m sure the Fed would be more than happy printing $2.00 x 10^36.

Don’t tell Janet Yellen about this. She would love this just as an excuse to print 100 undecillion dollars .

$2 undecillion? Pocket change - go for a googol, which is 1 followed by 100 zeros.
