I root for the bulls every time.

Bull “fighting” is a barbaric torture of innocent animals. Hunters always attempt to kill with a clean shot. Only subhuman monsters torture animals for sport.

And we all know where bullfighting came from — the dickless religion of islam.

“Bull “fighting” is a barbaric torture of innocent animals.”

Bloodsports are shifting back toward humans. “Ultimate Fighting” is replacing Cockfighting, Dog Fights & (in Latin-America & Iberia) Bull Fighting.

Curious too. The NFL, pro Hockey are limiting hitting thinking it’s going to eliminate concussions (it won’t). An yet 2 fighters wearing what amounts to heavy-bag gloves can “ground & pound” inside a caged ring.

It’s hard to know if we’re becoming less or more barbaric as a society.

If you wanted to prevent savage hitting in football without arcane rules, just mandate that players play “both ways”. Do away with platoon football. Linemen would necessarily get smaller & receivers & backs could then get somewhat bigger. The size & speed disparities would lessen — that is what causes the injuries.

Wrong, bullfighting is actually the last vestige of the gladiator games of Rome. Since the Roman Empire did not have the Outdoor Channel, the hunting and killing of different animals in the arena was their version. The ancients did not have the technology of special effects, so they had to do it for real. Unlike us today, who have the technology to fake it on TV and the movies.

Remember years and years and years ago when bull fights were shown on ABC?

Back in the 80's I spent two weeks in Acapulco with my family and one afternoon we went to see a live bull fight...........

For me and my sister, (I was an Army vet and approx. 34 at the time) half way thru the first bull slaughter she and I had to leave and I'm not ashamed to say I was shedding tears at what I had witnessed.

Bull fighting and any other such torture of an animal for fun and sport is worse than barbaric..........
