Summary: The writer is one of several subjects who go 28 days using a probiotic spray instead of using soap, shampoo and deodorant. It is a slow-growing, ammonia-oxidizing bacteria that competes with other bacteria on the skin. The result is healthier skin, free of breakouts. It is longer-lasting than, but not as acutely effective as, a recent traditional cleaning with soap. The friendly bacteria is useful for wound-healing and skin ailments, such as eczema. It causes a hundred-fold reduction in Propionibacterium acnes, which are often blamed for acne breakouts.
The writer had improved skin health, some unpleasant body odor and greasy hair, but no foot odor. After the experiment, the healthy bacteria was killed off after 3 traditional showers with soap. The inventor of the spray (branded "AOBiome") is an MIT-trained chemical engineer who has not showered for the past 12 years. He came up with the idea while trying to determine why horses like to roll in dirt.

Just in time for Occupy Wall Street’s reboot...
I quit washing my and my wife of 20 years left me - if only Id known it was so easy
For ear aches we use a few drops of hydrogen peroxide in the ear, and it kills all germs...no more earache....a staple for years in this family, saves Doctor visits. Do not swallow and rinse out mouth...of course ‘food grade’ hydrogen peroxide should be fine.
The great uses of Appple Cider Vinegar are really extensive. I use the white vinegar to clean coffee pot, and windows to keep streak free and no expensive window cleaners to buy.
WE do a parasite cleanse every year, using Dr. Clark’s (Clarkia)formula. I understand the main manufacturing plant closed, so it will be harder and more expensive to get now. That always helps with sinus and colds through out the year. The FDA is trying to get rid of alternatives to pharmaceuticals...more propaganda and costs to us.
i run white vinegar mixed with water through the coffee maker every so often... i have had the same coffee maker since 1995!
Makes sense doesn’t it? Glad to hear others realize that alternatives and natural substances aren’t a right or left issue, just common sense.
