What is it about cooking bacon that makes it smell so good? The Reactions team puts its nose into everyones favorite breakfast food. We teamed up with the Compound Interest blog to break down the science of that sweet smell.
Turns out there are about 150 volatile organic compounds that contribute to bacons meaty aroma, many of them hydrocarbons and aldehydes, with some nitrogen-containing compounds thrown in for good measure.

And 3:30 the dinner buffet was set up, this meant a strafing run for a few freshly-baked chicken legs, yum!
Lastly, take a few slices cooked bacon, nuke 'em super-crispy, wrap 'em in plastic wrap, run 'em over with a rolling pin and mix the fine crumbles with mayo! Homemade baconnaise! Great on everything.
Bacon smells good because Muslims don’t eat it...we need to make a ‘bacon smell’ bomb. When we drop it, Muslim will run because they think someone is cooking bacon...
