LARKSPUR, Colo. (CBS4) Douglas County deputies are warning the public to stay away from three police and military trained dogs. The German shepherds disappeared from a private kennel in Larkspur after someone released them.
The dogs are highly trained, but the sheriffs office says they are not at all killers. They worry that if approached the wrong way by someone the dogs could react aggressively, making finding them a priority for their office.
Spurlock said anyone who happens to spot one of the three dogs should not approach them, but instead call the sheriffs office.

Dagnabit! Beaten to the punch again! Well played sir.
Oh for goodness sakes nothing says I come in peace better than a chunk of left over chicken. ;-)
Not to worry. The deputies will show up and shoot the dogs.
Even a blind Coondog get’s the bone here and there!
Aah, the infamous “someone” committing another nefarious act or crime. Has the infamous “someone” been identified? Was the infamous “someone” captured on video committing the nefarious act or crime? Are the police dogs wearing uniforms or possess some other identification so that the general public assist in their apprehension? So little information.
if approached the wrong way by someone the dogs could react aggressively
Potentially dangerous dogs on the loose. That means that the cops will shoot on sight, correct? After all, that’s what they will do to the average Fido.
Let’s see what happens.
Which kind of begs the question:
What do police dogs do when they are out and about on their own?
Shoot people who are in their backyards?
