As a person who makes a living by the written word, I make LOTS of typos and errors in my FR posts because this is recreation, not work. Therefore I am very forgiving of typos and errors in most FR posts. The only time I feel the urge to say something is when I get the sense that the writer is making these mistakes not just accidentally or because of haste, but rather because on a deeper level, the writer lacks respect for the reader and for the language. If you want to connect with readers, you must FIRST respect them.
