Obama released detainees who certainly would not have.

So, how many men have been held in Gitmo, how many were released by year, and how many were found back on the “battle” field by year? Should be pretty easy to fill in those blanks, don’t you think?

It’s probably more likely that he’s just a true gentleman. I think he really thought his “new tone” would work until the end. Maybe there’s a weird combination of being decent, silver spoon fed, and average intelligence that he doesn’t have the experience to know sheer evil unless it flies some jets into some buildings. He still thinks 0 is doing the best he can.
Brennan still blaming Bush.
Here’s what he said in 2010...
“I want to underscore the fact that all of these cases relate to detainees released during the previous administration and under the prior detainee review process,” Brennan writes. “The report indicates no confirmed or suspected recidivists among detainees transferred during this Administration, although we recognize the ongoing risk that detainees could engage in such activity.”
