What these kids do is amazing.
If things take a turn for the worst, I pray that these kids are on our side. That’s all I got to say about that.
Holy crap these guys should play infield for MLB and get paid for that stuff already. Even if they can’t catch or throw they could just leap in front of the ball or pinch run and jump over fielders in rundowns. I bet Ozzie Smith could parkour with the best of them in his prime. Not saying he would, just that maybe he could.

I used to do a lot of parkour-like activities in my hometown, not being aware of it being such a massive sport.
However, for fun, here are some of the failings caught on video.

Just wish we weren’t on the hook for ER treatment when these idiots miss. They didn’t start out as experts.
These skills would be good for evasion from authorities, and in some facilities, even escape from imprisonment.
I cringe watching that video. I don’t know how there weren’t multiple deaths - seriously. I think it’s because teenagers seem to be made out of rubber.
Good point. Sort of like these guys that go up mountains and have to be rescued, although I think they try to get some money out of them. Still have to tip my hat, crazy as it is.

I agree. We're gonna need all the help we can muster.
Parkour should be an Olympic sport. It requires tremendous athleticism and strategy. Sure beats synchronized swimming.
Seems totally pointless and, frankly, stupid. My son broke his back attempting a drop on his snowboard that was too high for his abilities. Thank God it was a compression fracture and he’s healed ok, albeit with some chronic pain. That’s a real bummer at 22.
Why don’t these kids join the Special Forces and put that energy and skill to good use?
I refuse to use the word Parkour
What a stupid word.
True. Good for them!
...clearly I’m going to need a fall-back plan.
What a stupid word.
Did you look it up? It's derived from a French phrase regarding the act of running an obstacle course in the minimum of time. As in the obstacle course in military training. So, it's an art form derived from military training...heheh.
Ouch! couldnt watch more than 50 seconds, had to cut it off real quick! :op
The “fails” video shows the practice & diligence required to get to flawless (ouchless) execution. It is poetry in motion, magic! I am both jealous and glad for their health & athleticism.
My son can do some of this - he was a gymnast for 10 years. Scary but cool.
