Ah...so you don’t know how to comprehend a written dialogue. Who said anything about racially exclusive? You and your buddy Mr. Rogers threw the stupid accusations out. Not me.

Christianity is totally EXCLUSIVE because Jesus said so. I’ve already quoted you the scripture to back it up as has another poster. It is not INCLUSIVE for sinful behavior and those who promote such behavior.

I don’t don’t hate Baptists either, I used to be a member of a SBC “church” until they started demanding more & more money for a stupid parking lot instead of Mission work. Typical Mega-Church mentality.

Read into what I said however you want—I could care a less, you obviously have a problem with reading comprehension and my off-the-wall remark wasn’t so much considering the article pointed out two very disturbing things:

1. A muslim was admitted to the Southern Baptist Seminary
2. A SBC recently stopped preaching that homosexual behavior was sinful.

You want to be inclusive to that type of behavior—fine. It’s on you, I won’t.

The Muslim was admitted for a secular degree. My concern is why does an SBC seminary getting CP money offer secular degrees?

One congregation out of 45,000 started accepting homosexuality a month or two ago. There will probably be a move to disassociate them from the SBC at this convention, which is the only time of the year it can be done.

That is hardly a wave of apostasy by the SBC!

We’ve beat this horse enough to kill it twice. I made a snarky sarcastic comment (yes I admit it) about the SBC “broadening” it’s doors for newcomers not familiar with traditional Biblical values (homosexuals & muslims) it was in black and white in the last paragraph of the initial article—if you even read it.

For some reason you and BykrBayb seem to think my reference was racial in nature—go figure.... That is projection at best and a typical tactic of leftists, which I assume neither one of you are.

I stand by my exclusive comment, because the scripture is there to back it up. I also stand by my assertion that Christianity is not to be inclusive to sinful, deviant, faithless, non-believing, and apostate behavior. It only takes one infiltrator to ruin a good Bible-believing Church. By the looks of it, (and based on my experience within a SBC) I’d say they have their hands full with infiltrators vying for leadership positions. If you believe in the Dispensations, then you know we’re in the “Last Days” anyways, and Christ rightly called us wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked (Rev 3:17). These kind of developments prove His point.
