I would guess once the Rapture and end times as a evangelical concepts stop being taught. Since they are big cash cows now, I don’t look for it to be any time soon.

I think what we’re seeing right now is old scores being settled. Remember muslims don’t work and play well with other muslims unless they are the same brand. Most al quaeda are sunni, I believe. The shias in iraq, which are a slightly in the majority, are being slaughtered right now, and the iranians (also moslty shia) are sending troops to suppport “their” people. I think we’re going to see some semblance of a replay of the iran-iraq war, with iran deploying NBC weapons. Not a good scene.

History is replete with nations rising and falling. Iraq is not unique, and its proximity to Israel doesn’t make it special.

It will be a blood bath. Iran will invade to save their brothers and we will stay out.

Iran will not tolerate a hostile, Sunni-dominated country on their western border. Too many Iranians died in the Iran/Iraq wars for them to allow the Sunnis to seize control again.

Look for a Sunni/Shiite civil war in Iraq, with Iran supporting the Shiites, and Saudi Arabia supporting the Sunnis.

Obama is a Sunni client, with Saudi Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal having greased the rails to get Obama into Harvard Law, so the US will take al-Queda's side with the Sunnis.
