I was a Aviation Boatswainmate Handler for 7 years and nothing like putting a Hornet on to a C-13 Mod 1 and shooting it off, great POV from the plane checkers view.

Taking a cat shot from a few carriers always took my breath away, but had to recover quickly and continue the mission. The trap at the other end was more exhilarating. Kinda like a controlled wreck.
