Ive reported in the past about rumors of a Star Wars land coming to Walt Disney World. Over at Disneys Hollywood Studios, two attractions are closing in the near future, and these closings are leading some writers to speculate that Disney is making way for a Star Wars land at DHS.

their competitor universal studios has star trek.
I didn’t see the last 3 star wars movies but i heard they were really bad
How many scenes in the new Star Wars film are going to be designed specifically to tie into some “thrill ride” or video game scene?
Tired of the “roller coaster” scenes in movies whether it is hobbits in barrels on a river, runaway rail cars in a mine, or dinosaur stampedes on Skull Island.
CGI boredom.
I understand Universal Studios has the Star Trek franchise but they do nada at both Universal Studios in LA and Orlando. As a side note, Universal Studios Orlando has a whole section doing Marvel Comics stuff but it is Disney which now owns Marvel Studios.
Can't wait to purchase the complete set of Ewok dolls.
Can't wait to get my picture taken with Jar Jar Binks!
YES! Especially with an Amy Pond section! Maybe a Kiss-O-Gram booth.
FWIW I am seriously considering building my own Dalek...Or maybe K9.
Even by the 3rd one in the first trilogy (VI), it was heavy on the lameness ...

The Star Trek experience was in Las Vegas for a long time. Any blue callbox can be a Dr Who theme park.
won;t be setting foot back in the faggy kingdom ever again.
hardly denying myself anything good anyway. what, i can’t wait in line for hours for a stinking RIDE? I can’t pay ten bucks for a burger or hot dog? I can’t be around a billion other people trying to get somewhere before I get there? Buches of screaming/whining kids? And let’s talk about their children too.
oh wait my info is old and bad
The irony is that Carrie Fisher has turned into Jabba the Hutt.
Not as bad as the stupid ET ride at Universal....
Retarded, Wetarded, Wetawded....
You missed only bad acting (young Darth Vader), grating characters (Jar Jar Binks) and an incoherent plot line.
I would say the second and third weren’t too bad. The problem with the first one was the unforgiveable Jar Jar Binks and the person they used as Anakin was just too young to be convincing.
Indiana Jones is an original attraction for the park. If they close that AND American Idol, that entire part of the park, about a fourth of the park’s area that is accesible by the public, becomes dead.
And what is right next to this giant dead area? A Star Wars simulator-type ride.
I judge that the rumor has merit.
There is plenty of room to expand in back of this area, as there are only warehouses and the parking lot.
