A Marine from New Hampshire has been killed in Afghanistan. Lance Cpl. Brandon Garabrant, 19, was one of three U.S. service members killed by a roadside bomb Friday morning.
(SNIP)
Garabrant graduated from ConVal Regional High School in Peterborough last year. He had requested to wear his uniform during graduation, but the school did not allow it.
He's standing watch once more, Sent to guard Heaven's door.
For it is Marines you must recall, That before Heaven's gates stand tall.
Once he was branded with U.S.M.C. It's life and forever a Marine he will be.
Off to join that Guard he's went , I 'm sure that's where he was sent.
Before those doors he now awaits, To greet us when we come to those gates.
Hope the administrators are proud of themselves now.
RIP Marine.
Something like this will have no effect on them, this happens to other peoples kids. Please pray for him.
Those liberal scum buckets must feel real nice today.
Given what Christ said about those who lay down their lives on behalf of their fellow men, I suspect this Marine’s soul is in very good stead.
Peterborough is a little slice of Newbury Street in New Hampshire.
GOD Bless The United States Marine Corps and SEMPER FI To Them All!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They do, and they would do it again.
Mourning. Prayers for family, friends and especially Marine Bros.
Beyotch Sheehan was probably behind the uniform business...
Were you to actually ask them, you would find that, like all sociopaths, they are able to fake something resembling the emotions of empathy and guilt.
They won’t care.Peterborough is a bastian of liberal lilywhites. It’ll be forgotten by yesterday.
From the article:
On behalf of the entire ConVal community I extend my deepest sympathy to Brandons family and friends, Principal Brian Pickering said. We are all shocked and deeply saddened by his passing and we are incredibly grateful for his service to our country.
"Incredibly grateful" my a$$!
Just not grateful enough to let him wear his uniform at graduation. John Stuart Mill presciently wrote about Principal Brian Pickering when he penned these words:
"War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself."
Active Duty ping.
