Can the jet carry any ordinance? I didn’t see any hard points.
If so, I want one.

I wuz thinking put a tailhook on it and land it on my yacht. Taking off might be a little difficult - I’d need a hundred knots of wind over the deck. That...is mere engineering.

As a general rule, I like to see the flutter test results before the design of an aircraft of this type is frozen.
As a hard and fast rule, I expect to see them before I would fly in the plane.Have you seen that "GE - Little Girl" commercial? At the end frame you see what appears to be an airliner flapping along!? Hmmm, flutter test on that one would be ... interesting!

Looks like it doesn’t have anti-ice or de-ice equipment.

JATO might solve the problem.

Only $1.5 million. Ill keep one at each of my vacation houses.
A new Cessna 172 can go for over $500,000. I like the design of this jet. It looks like it has great visibility and would be quiet in the cabin.

Depending on materials, might have a nice, low RCS from the ground with the intake shielded by the fuselage.
Good for sneaking into other countries if the SHTF.

I really dig the suicide doors. Hope they don't come open in flight. Not likely. Looks like the door has bolts around its periphery. I count 11.

. Not enough fuel or cruise time to take advantage of the speed. I don't understand what you mean.
1,500 miles at speeds of up to 435 mph. That's over 3 hours of flight.

While I commend their ability to make a prototype, we all know that serial production is much much harder ergo the Eclipse Jet. Their has been many single Jets as many have noted with the pictures posted.
However, tangent to this i.e. a fast single...
* Keep your eyes open to a potential role out of the Synergy Prototype ( info via Facebook ) they are getting close.
* The Patent for Synergy is final, research the how's and why's of the aerodynamic breakthroughs in the link below.
* IMHO this is the program to watch...

I like the placement of the engine.
Up there it can land on grass fields without picking up debris.
Too bad I haven’t an extra couple million laying about.

Not likely. Looks like the door has bolts around its periphery. I count 11. I dunno about how likely it would be. Seems to me that the bolts would be retracted by the door handle. What sort of interlocks are provided to prevent actuation of the door handle while in flight, yet not hinder egress after a mishap?
Airline doors have to open inwards before they can swing outwards, and because of this they cannot be moved against the cabin pressurization when at altitude even after the door handle has been actuated.
