An officer believed they were acting in an aggressive manner," said Sgt. Paul Paulos, a St. Paul police spokesman. "He thought he'd be bit or the dogs would bite one of the team members." Perry and her fiance, Larry L. Arman, said the dogs had been sleeping by the front door and did nothing more than bark when police used a ram to break down the door of their home to execute a search warrant. The warrant wasn't publicly available in court as of Thursday. Perry and Arman said it indicated police were looking for marijuana, drug packaging, weighing equipment, guns, computers and more. Police took only a water pipe, a grinder that may have had marijuana residue and some clothes, according to Arman. No one was arrested.

If you want to belong to SWAT, you should have to consent to having your name and address made a public record. Otherwise you don't get to be on SWAT.

You'd be amazed at how polite SWAT would become.

You mean the dogs were doing their job when someone busts in tje door? Oh wait, the dog’s owner must have forgotten to enroll them in badge recognition classes.

Can’t do that then the LGBTXYZ community outcry would be deafening.
And PETA could weigh in. And on and on.

A prominent manufacturer of duct tape went public and said in an anonymous statement in order that it needed to protect the privacy of the board( in more ways than one) of directors that anything impeding the sale of duct tape would hurt our economic recovery. /s

Since they wear all that bulletproof armor, why would dogs even be a threat?
Dogs can not know when they are supposed act friendly to invading storm troopers.

“No one was arrested.”
And some wonder why people call them pigs.

From the link:

"Police need to have probable cause to obtain search warrants; judges issue them.
Police can seek permission to serve a warrant without knocking if they believe evidence
might be destroyed or there is a concern about officers' safety, among other reasons."

You cowardly police keep killing beloved family pets because you're wetting your panties
every time a dog barks at you, better wake up and realize that every time one of these,
"Cowards Kill Dogs in Front of Screaming, Crying Children" stories comes out, everybody
hates you more and more. Many people talk of your paying for these coward crimes and
killings. Keep this in mind when you blow up babies and slaughter family dogs.

I would have a very hard time convicting someone who killed a cop during a no knock raid. Anyone can dress in black, kick in a door, and yell police. Citizens risk their lives (and property) if they don’t defend themselves and their freedom if they do. I find that situation morally repugnant and beleive my rights, including property rights, are worth more than a cop’s life.

They shot two dogs and battered down a front door over possession of a bong and pot residue. We must have heavily armed swat teams and monster military vehicles for this type of operation.

No Knock Warrant is just a euphemism for “armed home invasion.”

There were some gangs in Houston that conducted home invasions and used some props to appear like police.

Well said. I wouldn’t intend to take their lives, but I would take their livelihood. They should be held personally responsible for all
dead animals, all destruction to my dwelling and belongings, and all things confiscated (stolen for no damn good reason) from me.

They should spend so much time in court hearing how much they have to pay their victims that they won’t have much time for their
cowardly no-knock warrants.

said Sgt. Paul Paulos, a St. Paul police spokesman.

Lucky I don't whistle when I say "s" and spit when I say "p".
