Still think the Rams drafted Sam I Ram A Guy Between The Hams in a backroom deal to ease their plans for a future move.
My question on this now is once he does take the field, what happens to the other players whos job it will be to stop him. If the assignment is to block him and that involves knocking him into next week, will opposing players hesitate so they’re not being thought of as singling him out? Imagine if a player knocks Sam out of one or several games how much grief that guy is going to take for just playing football the way he’s supposed to. He’ll be branded a homophobe in the sports media and could lose his career by treating Sam as he would any other player.
Only two things come from Texas......
Truth- it's the new hate speech.
Truth- it’s the new hate speech.
I got that from a FR post, and would credit the author if I could remember who it was...
Pro football is a blood sport. Literally.
AIDS is spread thru contact with tainted blood.
It’s only a matter of time until a normal player contracts AIDS thru the tainted, infected blood of a homosexual.
Imagine the wrongful death lawsuits that will follow - hundreds of millions that could threaten the existence of the NFL
PS: I posted this on PFT and they immediately removed it despite it was a factual based post.
“The gay mafia is out in full force against Dungy.”
Then they are proving his point.
They have absolutely proved his point.
Agreed. After all of the dust up on this they’ll have to play him. I don’t see it ending well for most parties involved in this.
BTW, “Gay Mafia” takes on a literal meaning with Sams:
Assuming Michael Sam makes the team, the first time he sustains an especially hard hit, there will immediately be speculation that he was “targeted.”
What???? How dare he have deeply held beliefs! How dare he accept such an award!
Just like a bank lending someone who can’t pay it back is ‘predatory lending’ and not lending to someone who can’t pay it back is ‘redlining’.
Dungy is a white man inside a black man’s skin.
Which would make him a racist.
Dungy is also a religious person, so, that makes him a homophobe.
Heck, he has to be an Uncle Tom, with all of his positions on the social issues.
Dungy just ended his tenure on Sunday Night Football.
The thing is, you can discount religious motives from Dungy for the moment. Hire any openly gay person and you are setting yourself up for lots of high drama. It’s already there in Sam’s case and pushed by Sam. They aren’t called queens for nothing.
Why do we twist ourselves in knots to accommodate 2% of the population?
After the miserable scores he put in at the combine I wouldn’t have drafted Sam either.
And I don't see any horns on him.
God bless Tony Dungy. But he will get fired for not towing the official “I love homosexuals” line. One thing we know for certain he’ll not get a job at homosexual-loving, leftwing ESPN. Every announcer on that station would be right at home working for MSNBC.
Hasn’t Michael Sam already violated some league rules? Like selling his own merchandise and stuff?
