CONWAY, S.C. - Horry County Police were dispatched to the 3700 block of Comfort Ct. in Conway for a domestic violence call Friday. The woman who called police said she got a call from her son saying he thought he killed his girlfriend.
When police arrived John Scott, 19, of Georgetown got out of the car with his hands in the air and told police his girlfriend, Eboni Drayton, 21, was in the house. Police said they found blood splatter on the door and the handle of the door of the house. The report stated she was found lying on the ground in a pool of blood with a large laceration to her neck. It appeared that she had been cut severely with a sharp object.
Authorities also found an axe with blood splatter and there was blood on the walls, carpet, and ceiling as well. Deputy Coroner Darris Fowler confirms Drayton, from Conway, died from blunt force trauma and had a severe head wound.
Scott told police when he got home from work he went to go get his hair cut. He states he was supposed to go pick up his daughter from the victim and did so after his hair cut. He told police that everything was fine when he got to the house but the two had been arguing on and off for months. The couple had been together for about four years and had a 3-year-old daughter together.
He said that he picked up his daughter and took her to the car, and strapped her in her car seat. That's when he realized he left his keys in the house, so he went back inside to get them. At that time the police report indicates Scott and Drayton started to argue.

But the woman, who apparently began having sex with a 15-year-old when she was 17 is just fine?
I think that when people ask where the father is what they are inferring is that there would not be such chaos in so many children’s lives if their parents were married and committed to providing stable homes for their offspring.
Prayers up for this poor little girl. I hope she goes to a loving, Christian home.
