There is nothing empirical in the big bang, it is a fiction designed to make people believe something other than the Bible

YVWH said “Be light” not “let there be light”

Science can establish the Big Bang beyond a reasonable doubt. What it cannot tell us is what banged and what caused it to bang, and against what.

Spirituality and religion can answer that question, but science can’t. The two support each other in many ways, but there is only so far science can go.

However, this vision from the medieval mystic Julian of Norwich may be unknowingly referencing the Big Bang:

“In this vision he showed me a little thing, the size of a hazelnut, and it was round as a ball. I looked at it with the eye of my understanding and thought “What may this be?” And it was generally answered thus: “It is all that is made.” I marvelled how it might last, for it seemed it might suddenly have sunk into nothing because of its littleness. And I was answered in my understanding: “It lasts and ever shall, because God loves it.”

The big bang needed Someone to push the plunger.

Whether the earth and universe is 5 billion years old or 10,000 years old that's GOD's business. I see evidence that can place in in the billions of years. I can see evidence that continents changed locations were covered by water then mountains then water again etc.

Everything must have a Creator. Time as we know it was given to man for mans use not GOD's as such for time to His eternal being is not measurable by any means we can comprehend. I believe GOD created the heavens and the earth and has all authority as to it's boundaries, laws, and it's time to end and be reborn anew as we are promised.

The Bible speaks of seven days six of which GOD created all and on the seventh rested from that work. The seventh day in my belief was when all was completed and the universe has been in the seventh day for billions of years.

We can not comprehend GOD's time. Like everything else we accept in faith GOD by His Word that He created all for His reason and purpose. Time as we know it will be no more soon enough. That is what people are basing theories on is time as they know it. Time as GOD gave man to measure his work and sleep and the seasons as well. Thank GOD I don't have to understand it all nor can I.

Hard science? But they can’t tell us what time was one second before the big bang? So really, they’re still just grabbing at straws.
