Detroit is a sewage pit. It is worse than worthless. I doo think we could fence it off and put Al Qaeda in there to fight for food. Crips and Bloods will fight hard.

The Detroit FD should be getting a lot of practice burns from people giving them houses to torch.

Detroit is the progressives’ poster child for degrowth. Bicycles, burlap sacks for groceries, wood burning stoves - it’s all a movement to return us to the glory days of yesteryear.

Go to zillow.com, search Detroit for homes under $1000. There are many. At that price, may as well trade for a $650 phone.

They’d have to pay me 6 figures to live in some areas of Detroit. Ammo costs alone would be through the roof

That little? Unless it came with a decade worth of that $$$ monthly data charges that iFag phone users just have to have to Twitter/Facefarque, whatever 24/7, what is the big deal?
Just a paper weight.
To: ctdonath2
No. This house for example has another $6,000 in property taxes due.
